Ambassadors are fellow Chamber members who volunteer to act as peer mentors for new members assisting them in navigating the Chamber’s many program and event offerings. In addition, these critical volunteer members assist with events and Ribbon Cuttings.
Applications are now open for 2021 Ambassadors. Eligibility details include:
Must be a member of the Union County Chamber in good standing for at least one year & in current position for at least one year.
Must show a commitment to Chamber by being an active volunteer at events.
Must complete Ambassador Training requirements.
Acceptance into the Ambassador program is subject to volunteer leadership review.
Deadline to apply is September 30, 2020 5:00 p.m.
AMBASSADOR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Group of knowledgeable volunteers serving in a year-round effort as peer mentors and resources for Chamber members.
Ambassadors assist the Chamber staff with membership retention by making personal calls on member decision makers. Ambassadors encourage members to become involved in the Chamber, and assist members in learning more about the Chamber. It is important for the Ambassador to become familiar with the Chamber programs and services.Ambassadors will inform and receive feedback on Chamber activities and programs.

AMBASSADOR APPLICATION PROCESS
Complete and submit your application no later than Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
Application Committee will review applications
Selected Applicants will be notified by October 9, 2020
Selected Applicants MUST complete Ambassador Training Program by December 31, 2020 in order to join the Ambassador Program.
