YOUR Chamber works with business, educational institutions, and workforce development organizations to attract, develop, and retain a highly skilled workforce to meet the talent needs of business and industry now and in the years to come.
The Small Business Program helps our small business members survive and thrive by providing connections, resources, and information to help them overcome the challenges and pressures of growing a small business.
The Women in Business program is designed to offer a welcoming environment for women executives to cultivate relationships, build their networks, and offers professional development opportunities. This dynamic program includes an annual professional development event, quarterly lunchtime events, and socials focused
on meeting the needs of our women members.
The mission of the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee is to bring awareness of
diversity and inclusion by empowering our members and community at large.
Through the work of this committee we will advance equal opportunity in Union
County. This committee’s goals are to increase awareness of diversity among
current members, increase the number of minority-owned businesses in the
chamber’s membership and increase the number of minority-owned business
startups.
The purpose of this manufacturing awareness program is to bring attention to
the high-paying career opportunities in manufacturing and the positive impact of
having a strong manufacturing base in our community. Make It in Union County
includes a week of activities connecting local students, parents, educators, and
the community with manufacturers.
Leadership Union offers a select group of applicants the opportunity to meet community and civic leaders, explore key issues impacting our region, establish quality business contacts, undertake class service projects and develop lasting friendships.

YOUR Union County Chamber partners with various business experts with a proven track record of helping local businesses. We offer free business counseling to members through SCORE, as well as make referrals to the South Piedmont Community College Small Business Center based on your specific needs.

Finding the right local talent for your workforce can be a challenge. Chamber members can post unlimited jobs through the Member Information Center for free. The chamber promotes the job board through our social channels, emails, and other marketing campaigns helping connect local talent to local jobs. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
